In charge of the financial and logistic processes including relevant system landscape outlining the Nokia value flow with a team of 250+ employees across 80+ countries.

  • Designed and implemented all financial and logistic processes and required changes in SAP P20 in addition to leading the support team for the global user community.
  • Upgraded the Nokia global single instance SAP system with less than 48 hours down-time.
  • Established the EBB (Enterprise Back Bone) which included the implementation of a release management and streamlining of all technical and business requirement changes to the global SAP system resulting in an optimized development roadmap with clear prioritization based on business needs and a quarterly go-live increase from 4 to 60 features.
  • Designed a global system landscape based on SAP 4/HANA which required the implementation of a completely new logic resulting in a more agile, standardized, and fit-for-purpose ERP system for Nokia’s changing business.

    Designed and implemented Nokia accounting processes and financial value flow in systems and processes during the Nokia Siemens Networks B.V. joint venture.

    • Consolidated and implemented Nokia Siemens Networks global and fully compliant accounting rules, processes and systems.
    • Merged the financial and logistic SAP ERP of Nokia and Siemens by leading up to 8000 employees to migrate 120 individual systems and processes into one single structure which increased operational efficiency and transparency.
    • Integrated the IT set-up of the acquired Motorola Solutions‘ Networks into NSN’s SAP P20 system, enabling a smooth incorporation of the additional customers, vendors, and countries into the global single-instance system in 68 countries over the course of 9 months while ensuring zero down-time for the existing 120 countries.
